Add an Embedded Form

Log in to Shopify and click Sales Channels:

Then click Online Store:

On the page that opens, click Customize:

Select the page where you want to insert the embedded form:

Click Add Section and choose Customer Liquid:

Copy the code from Hello Email:

Paste the code into Shopify and then click Save:

Reload the page and the embedded form should appear.
